  • Parking Procedure: You must call CPS on the number given on your booking form as soon as possible after the booking has been made and no later than 7 days before arriving at the airport. The information they require is: name, Your booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. They will confirm all arrangements with you and advise of any supplements payable. (e.g Bank Holiday dates, and out of hours etc - see below in other info) On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where an uniformed chauffeur is waiting to take your car to the car park. Your exact meeting point will be advised by CPS when booking is reconfirmed.
  • Retrieval Procedure: Your car will be waiting at the terminal for you on your return.
  • Directions:
    • Heathrow is situated close to two motorways - the M4 and the M25.
    • From M40 : Join M25 at junction 16. From M25, leave motorway at junction 15 to join M4 and leave M4 at junction sign posted London Heathrow Airport, Terminals 1,2&3.
    • From M4: Follow directions as above for M4.
    • Then head straight for the airport terminal you are departing from.
